Warm-ups should be player and ball driven. The Player-Ball ratio should be 1:1, 2:1 or 1:2. Coaches need to get players focused on practice and out of social distractions. Avoid physical contact, shooting, socializing, standing and all out sprinting in warm-ups. Get players sweating, loose and focused on basketball is the goal.
